Anand Krishnan
Co-founder & CEO
Co-founder & CEO of Reclaimz. He is a seasoned finance professional with 22 + years in Investment Banking and Entrepreneurship. Anand was the head of Quantitative Financial Resource Management with Deutsche Bankfocused on Optimization of Funding, Balance Sheet, Cash and Capital, ROA /ROE Optimization of Prime Finance Business, Collateral Trading and Client Analytics. He also served as head of Global Securities Finance desk at Natixis Americas. Anand worked at ING Financial Markets, Wachovia Bank and Lehman Brothers as Index and Swaps trader. He was also the CEO & co-founder of a FinTech peer-to-peer securities finance platform company. Anand holds an MS in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Bridgeport and a Bachelor’s in Applied Sciences from Coimbatore Institute of Technology (India).
Sesha Madapoosi

Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer at Reclaimz and leads strategy & operations. He is a seasoned executive, skilled at building mission-critical software products & technology for rapidly evolving industries and has a reputation for driving scalable & operationally efficient businesses. Sesha joins us from NCR, where he was the Head of Data, Analytics & BI products globally with focus around Restaurant & Retail business segments; Prior to that, Sesha was the head of Technology & Infrastructure for Pacific, China, South-east Asia & India for Nielsen and he also led the development of a global retail data analytics platform for the company. Sesha has a Masters in Mathematics from IIT Delhi & an executive MBA from IIM Kolkata.

Dilip is an Austin based, award winning entrepreneur whose prior experience includes listing a company. He also founded an iconic, digital transformation agency focused on human centered purpose design, BORN Group which he sold to a large SI. BORN’s clients included Unilever, Mondelez, Nestle, Walmart, Cartier, Montblanc, Sothebys, Tag Heuer, Ferragamo, Red Bull, Lennox, Maxim Semiconductor and over 500 other marquee brands. He has invested in several companies such as Arctic Wolf, Narvar, Pax8, Go1, Trulio and Sensybl. He is on the board of Pininfarina (a listed design company) and Saffronic (an animation studio serving top shelf clients ).
Paul Black

Paul led the largest healthcare firms in the US. He spent the last decade as Director and CEO of Allscripts, now Veradigm, a publicly traded provider of healthcare IT solutions to providers, payers, and life science companies. Prior to joining Allscripts, Paul spent 13 years with publicly traded Cerner Corporation, retiring as COO in 2007. Prior to Cerner, Paul spent 12 years at IBM in a variety of leadership roles. Paul has served on multiple publicly traded, private equity and startup boards. Additionally serving numerous nonprofit institutions. He currently is a Director of HealthEquity (NASDAQ:HQY), investor owned Personify Health, PEP Health, Community CareLink, Avaneer, and Quiver Bioscience. Additionally, Paul serves on the board of The Harry S. Truman Presidential Library and The Advancement Board University of Kansas Health System. Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Iowa. His interests are in healthcare, technology agriculture, fitness, youth sports and coaching future executive.
Jeff Tarte

Renowned for his ability to connect, consult, and lead Senator Tarte has a track record of success advising executives, boards of directors, and business leaders.His consulting expertise spans every U.S. state and five foreign countries. Senator Tarte’s impressive leadership includes serving three terms as a North Carolina state senator and three terms as the mayor of Cornelius, NC. His executive and technical experience is extensive, having served as interim CIO at Johns Hopkins Health System and New England Medical Center-Tufts University. He is a former partner at Ernst & Young and a former executive at IBM. Frequent guest on local and national network news programs, quoted expert by news media such as WSJ, The Hill, The Guardian, Politico, Charlotte Observer, Marion West, NPR and other news outlets.
